Looks like a standard airsoft mask with designs spray painted on it.

It's a Neoprene full face mask. Usually used for skiing. (That's if this isn't plastic, it looks like neoprene foam to me)
They're on Amazon, Walmart, pretty much anywhere with sports supplies.
