Installed Python 3.5.1 and have some questions - [Rn] 7s^2 - Mar 16, 2016

First question:

All the previous version of Python were installed in C:\Pythonxx. For ex: Python 2.7

But why 3.5.1 is in these folders?

C:\Users\Purohit\AppData\Local\Programs\Python\Python35-32

Second question:

What is this directory about? There is also Python stored in it with completely different files like IDLE.

C:\Users\Purohit\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Python 3.5

When installing Python you should be asked about where you'd like to place it - I suggest putting it into your C:/ file - as it becomes easily accessible if required

Additionally, you should set up your environmental variables such that your path points to python.exe

Thanks.

Do you also know what this directory is for?

C:\Users\Purohit\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Python 3.5

There are only 3 to 4 files in it such as IDLE, Python 3.5 etc...

It should be clear by the name... it puts it in your start menu. When you click the start button, it should be there (except if it's full in which case it may not be).
