So i got scammed by Exitus for a 5$ layer 7 server for 5$ LOL

tl;dr I bought a server for a bit more then 5$ to sent layer 7 attacks, it worked for 1 and a half week, then i got my ip back from my old pc, tried it server offline, messaged him and i get ignored, yet he comes online and talks to other people.
