No, You dont need any kind of DLL or 3rd party libary...

Nope death. it is based on UpdateResource API, to update icon.

an exemple was made in C# by a chinese guy, and the vb version needed translation by hand, so julient did it before i finish -_- but i don't see what newbie really did O.o.
