My screen freezes when i close my lid after upgrading to windows 10 - ʆɛѳɗɑʀkZ - Mar 26, 2016

Hey i've just updated my PC to windows 10. It seem that my screen freezes and blacks out when i close the lid. I can't do any thing. My keyboard is showing the lights and the power lights are on. But the keyboard is also not responding. Nothing actually, just a laptop with a black screen and i have to hard shutdown my computer every time..😭

Pleasse anyone please help me, its very annoying. Please suggest any ways to get rid of this dammm problem..😵

Can you access the bios?

Can you start in safe mode?

Simply to either get it to work or eliminate hardware failure.

Install Windows 10 compatible graphic card driver and chipset driver.

That is what you should do first.

If that continues:
How old is your laptop?

What make/model is it?
