Is the Windows 7 still doing the free upgrade or is there a cheap place to get 10? Can someone link me to where they would personally buy from as well? Thank you.

I would recommend going to Ebay its very trust worthy and if you don't get the product you get a full refund you just have to pay more for that feature

I just done a reformat last week and im on windows 7 and i got offered to upgrade to 10 free but i just stayed on 7

First check if you are eligible for any discounts through school or work. A new license of Windows 10 can be had for $30, $60, or potentially free if you are a student.

I see many people selling keys for cheap on Bitcointalk forum for around $10 I think. They have all windows 10 edition keys home/enterprise

Same I upgraded and then like a week later I was missing a internet drive so I had to downgrade.

If you go to community college / umiversity, alot of them offer free keys for OSs. That's how I got Windows for my PC.
