Probably the easiest method if you aren't looking to invest in a bot.
Just find a few pics of a girl that don't look blatantly fake, pick a standard header image, put some basic info in the bio and add a bunch of people.
You'll have a ton of friend requests in no time. Just takes a lot of clicking but it's free and will do the trick. Good luck.
