Email SPAM Generator is a tool to send spam emails to any email. 100% working and this SMTP servers are rarely used for spam, which means that 99.9% of the email will go to the inbox folder even on gmail.

I didn't see the point of scanning it. The contents of the .rar is just two files that aren't userful and the SafariSetup for apple users.
