We do not consider DWC (Deal With Caution) reputations abuse by itself. We consider it good advice for all members in all situations when doing deals.

OP, it will (unfortunately) probably get deleted as "Sales Trashing". I agree, the market should be free and criticisms will only make the quality of products go up to avoid people talking poorly about them.
