[Help] Taskbar, icons, background gone and more [Windows 10] - Private Network - Apr 4, 2016
So recently I started getting some errors about Run.vbs missing or something when starting up my PC, started to ignore it and then my taskbar, icons, background and I can't right click dissapeared. My solution for that was running explorer.exe as admin from Task Manager.
My problem now is, if I open explorer.exe as admin it opens a folder instead of fixing my shit...
Help?

I'm not sure what might cause this, it may be a RAT they have the feature to hide taskbar, wallpaper, desktop icons. They can block right click also even taskmanager too.
I will suggest just to be 100% sure it's not a malware you should scan your system.
I will suggest these :
- Eset online scanner
- Malwarebytes anti malware
- Hitman pro
- Zemana Antivirus

That's why I said "also even taskmanager too", just wanted to let you know that they can disable or change many parts of the system.
