There is an app that I had and deleted it and now it's not on the App Store anymore. Anyway to get it back ?

If you are not jailbroken, the only way to get non-App Store apps is if the developer made a special version that requires a device certificate. You can install them through mobile Safari. That's how the GBA4iOS emulator worked along with some screen recorders.

YES Man... go to your installed games an you will see "Not on this device" it will be on that list! :) Enjoy
