You seem to like dark stuff - although there is only one episode, I think Koutetsujou no Kabaneri would be totally up your alley!

Watch it, I promise you will love it - probably the best anime this season :)

Hunter X Hunter is good. Doesn't start off as dark but takes a turn for it and is really good all the way though.

- Rainbow ( really good drama)
- Fate/Zero
- Berserk ( very dark anime)
- Monster (long thriller anime)
- Ergo Proxy
- Steins;Gate
- Welcome to the NHK!

You may find some joy in Akatsuki no Yona since it has the whole medieval sword play and such and such.
Also try out Shigatsu wa Kimi no Uso since you enjoyed Plastic Memories
As for the else:
Log Horizon, Shokugeki no Soma, Clannad, Monster, Nichijou, Toradora, and White Album 2

I recommend Berserk for sure! My favorite anime of all time and it has such a good story and possibly one of the best characters ever created, if you like anime and haven't seen Berserk go give it a watch for sure!

You should watch "Fruit of Grisaia". It's one of my favourite animes of all time and severly underrated IMHO.

Since you watched and enjoyed Fate/Stay Night UBW:
Fate/Zero
A prequel to the events in F/SN, Fate/Zero follows Kiritsugu Emiya, a magus killer, as the events of the fourth Holy Grail War unfold. It's dark, it's bloody, it's extremely well animated, and the story is fantastic, as expected since Gen Urobuchi wrote it.
Definitely recommend you check it out, it's one of the best shows out there - you won't be disappointed. Heads up, the first episode is a 40 minute prologue if that's not your thing, but I still recommend you watch it.
