So, I was doing a member re-count and I was making a members list for Red Lions. As I was looking on the Show Groups page it says 16 members, though when I check all members by hand we definitely have 17 members. Froggy is banned though.
So that leads to my question, Does the Show Groups page leave out banned members?

I assume it does, but I can't be for certain.

Yes, because the ban function sets the users in the banned group ID and removes all other groups. When ban expires it takes the previous data and replaces it. So during the ban a user will not appear to be in any groups.
