Firefox vs Chrome which to pick for history?? - severos - Apr 14, 2016

I have both browsers installed and use them both, however this caused some problems for me specially when I'm searching for stuff, doing some search on one then more search on the other, I get to see lots of links twice and not realizing it until I spend some time reading it.
So I've searched a bit about which one to use and how to migrate my data from one to the other and came up with something I'm a bit concerned about....
-History:
Chrome keeps history for really short periods (around 10 weeks far as I read), however I can see my Firefox history all the way to last year... I know it's not that big deal but I like to have all my history available at anytime, it can be a heavy load on the hard disk so why not to have it saved on google online??? they just want to delete my history D: them.
-Start up time:
Firefox have slower start up time, it takes a bit to load it but then it goes smooth, however google have faster start up, so that's a + for chrome unless you guys know a way to load Firefox faster.

So, how would I solve the above problems in either one?? anyone got clues??

Thanks in advance.

Firefox runs like butter.

Check your Chrome settings.
Chrome keeps history from beginning.
