I am sorry good sirs, but I must inquire as to if it is normal to have to enter captcha to send pms, or if I have done wrong and this is solely happening to me. Thank you for taking time to finish reading my question. I bid you good will.

It's related to what's inside the PM (use pastebin.com if sharing code), your country, and your IP (and surrounding IPs/block).
You yourself have done nothing wrong.

You are not alone, many members have had this me my self have had this many times and not while just sending pms
