Hi, i've tried making a shit ton of stubs but the crypter am using (diversebasic) is spitting out my original stubs as exe's with the winrar icons. You know the winrar icon with the books in a box?
I've tried launcing the programs as admin and change the names from .exe to .scr but still no luck.
Am using the recommended settings (the ones i've always used)
It used to work before but not anymore :(
My original stub is a normal working exe but when i crypt it it stays as exe but the file itself gets corrupt and shows the winrar file???
can anybody help?

Contact the crypter owner. Once you get the stub/crypt working, you can use recourse hacker to switch your file icon.

Yeah your crypter owner needs to look at this. I had this before with Abyss when he ran an update and he sorted it pretty quick. It will be due to an error in programming when doing a re-fud I expect.
He should sort it for you.

Nah, I already contacted him about this, he told me its a new way for FUD or something like that, he said he wont be changing it for a bit if I remember correctly.

Does it change your original uncrypted .exe into a .rar or just the icon? If it's just the icon, change it manually? If it turns it into an actual .rar you better tell the owner lol.

Well I'm sure if the coder is doing this on purpose then the server should execute and if it's not there is either an error with his product or you are doing something wrong buddy.

Thanks for the answer, but when i run the crypted server it gives me missing .dll errors.
Even after i've installed the mentioned dll files.
