Visual Studios won't uninstall fully - d3f4 - Apr 19, 2016
I have everything from Visual Studios uninstall except an Update which I can not uninstall just change and Entity Framework 6.1.3 Tools. I tried using my RAT but when I built it my stub would not download because Visual Basic moved my System IO or copied it. Any help is appreciated! Thank you and have a good day!

Are you sure his is an issue with VS itself? Try other projects and if they work, the problem is in your code which is far more likely.
