i am looking to buy some shoes online,what is a good site that have cheap prices ?
i found out site called "ioffer" but they dont accept paypal did some 1 try if its safe or how does it protect the buyer ?

i got scammed off of ioffer last month. Not saying it will happen to you, but im not saying it won't. iOffer's customer support is comeplete shit. They literally kept me on hold for 45 minutes, and the said they had to go because they were closing. THEN, the next day, I got put on hold fr 20 minutes, and then someone picked up! but told me to hold, and then just hung up!

problem is i cant see any of the seller takes paypal so indont feel safe there thats why
