Intel HD Graphics 4600 - Marketplace Buyer - May 7, 2016 I have an integrated graphics card inside a prebuilt PC that I bought from Best Buy (yes ik trash) that I'm using for games such as DayZ and CS:GO.. Problem is, I may want an upgrade since my GPU isn't all that well. 2 questions; 1) Is it possible to upgrade an integrated GPU to a separate one? 2) Can you even upgrade a prebuilt desktop? * - Breeze26509 - May 7, 2016 1. Yes. 2. Yes, but you will more than likely need a new power supply. * - Marketplace Buyer - May 7, 2016 (May 7, 2016 08:58 AM)Breeze26509 Wrote: 1. Yes. How can I check my current power supply with Windows 10? * - Sir Hunningham - May 7, 2016 In general, now with the new motherboards, integrated gpu is always there, but they're not powerful, they're not meant for gaming. It can be run separately from a gpu (i believe it's used to run aero and stuff like that) * - Breeze26509 - May 7, 2016 (May 7, 2016 08:59 AM)Marketplace Buyer Wrote: How can I check my current power supply with Windows 10? Open the side of your case. Simple as that. You take off two screws, slide off the side panel. BAM! Your computer is now open. * - skelly76 - May 7, 2016 I can't believe there is a video like this with 60k views. The comments are just sad. * - Arm4L1t3 - May 8, 2016 You can probably search up the model and it'll give you the PSU and sizes for what you can fit in there. |
