So, right now I'm in the process of writing a reverse HTTP proxy service.
Currently, the following is integrated:
- Caching of static content (HTML pages, css etc)
- Automatic minifying of content and obfuscation of JS files
- Image optimisations
The following is also going to be integrated:
- Custom filters for DDoS, ban lists, bot filters etc
- Verification techniques
- Server "masking" -> changing/removing headers (eg Server, Powered-By etc)
Currently, I'm thinking that a fully managed dedicated reverse HTTP proxy will cost around $25/mo. This would also obviously come with support, set up etc.
What would you like to see? For you to switch from your current provider (whether that be Cloudflare, Blazingfast.io, whoever) to my service (coming soon)?
