Does anybody know how to actually do this? It would be highly appreciated in all honesty! Please help me out with this one, the phone is not sim locked, just locked out of the icloud account! HELP ME PLEASE!

Can't you just put it into DFU mode & connect it to iTunes and then do a full factory reset?
I'm not good with icloud lock so Im just wondering if you tried that

sorry its a brick bro:) iCloud activation lock means whoever owned the phone had find my iphone turned on but i'm sure u know this...so if u dont know the Apple ID(email address) and PW ur SOL...now apple will remove FMiP if u have POP but thats gone take like 10 biz days probably....

i heard some websites offer unlock services of icloud for a fee you might try them

look if the email is connected to the phone , reset the apple id using the email,and go to mail icon and change the password .
