This guy is asking 40$ for the backend of a betting site. skins2.com
He says all he needs to do is code the JS cuz he can get the CSS from a chrome extension "snappy snippet" I downloaded it and read the descripton and stuff)
Is this legit or scam
Btw he is asking 20$ paypal and 20$ in sand dunes.

that sounds like the scam right there. He probably bought 50 sand dunes for a low price, and listed them all on the market for a higher price. Then you buy his items and you're stuck with undervalued skins.
