Is Claymore in a high frame rate? It feels like 50fps. - Jackie Chun - May 21, 2016

A little less than 60 fps maybe because it's an anime and has less frames, but it's definitely in a higher frame rate. I'm watching the 720p version on kissanime so maybe that's why.

This anime is pretty decent too, over 20 episodes as well. I'm only on the 4th.

Claymore is most likely 12 FPS, animated in 2's, for most of it. When it's not, it's probably at 8 FPS on 3's.

What do you mean 12fps? An original 12fps then encoded at 30+fps? The anime is obviously in higher framerate than any other anime and I'm not sure if they did that them selfs or if the person who uploaded for kiss anime did that when encoding it.

check it out.

Edit: I'm not streaming this tthrough VLC player with 60fps hack either, yet some / most scenes look like higher frame rate. But not 60fps which I'm used to with One Punch Man and DB GT

This isn't running at 60 FPS, this is 23.98, or ~24 FPS. It's the same as every other anime. Edit: Checked its frame rate in MPC, it's 29.97 total, probably thanks to whoever encoded it: [Image: AZytf3T.png]

For the majority of anime, animations are 12 FPS or 8 FPS. They then double (for 12FPS) or triple (for 8FPS) the amount of time each frame is onscreen. It's very rare to see 24 different frames drawn, unless the show has a pretty high budget and an the scene is an action scene.

Okay I thought it looked a bit different, I haven't checked another site for the anime so I don't know if it was the anime thats like that or them. Thanks though.
