Where do i discuss the benefits and average winnings, tips and tricks of being an uber driver, how to be more efficient, how to get statistics (stats) etc?

I have a cousin who does Uber driving, I asked him and he said to make sure your car is clean and that you are as quick as can be and dont mess around on the phone when you receive a call, and don't expect a tip. Thats what he told me so I could be off.
I dont know if this relates to your thread lol.
