I've been searching for a few days and can't find a single one, anyone know a good one thats working?

Most of the skype resolvers you'll find won't work. There are some that might but back when they became really popular Skype ended up patching the original exploit used to gain IP's of users.

Skype grab are making a new api that will bypass microsoft's patch. Tbh anyone using skype resolvers to boot people offline are sad as fuck.
