if these are from contabo then ruinxx is correct, their servers basically suck and they port limit to less than 100Mbps once they detect heavy port usage

can i possibly have a test to both review and check quality? i dont need to test for very long but i dont know if these are your hosted vps or ones you have to purchase yourself to sell.. i don't care if you do but just let me know because it makes a difference on you spending money or not obviously.
