Laptop becoming. unresponsive - Joy - May 31, 2016
My laptop is becoming unresponsive when i open pictures or microsoft word and sometimes when doing other things. Please help me. My laptops running windows 8.1.

Can someone help me with the current issue and also i uninstalled some programs and now when i connect to my wifi it shows connected but it doesnt actually get connected.

Do you have an antivirus or firewall installed? I had the same issue when my antivirus started causing hanging on my computer. I had to uninstall it. Firewall was a resource hog as well.

Now i cant connect to the internet too. I may have uninstalled something for which i cannot connect to my wifi or ethernet.

Yeah. That might be the cause. Uninstall it and report back to us. Hope it works.
