can ub3rs and l33ts choose to change the colour of their name? Also can they choose to hide their award

L33t is a green tag.
Ub3r is a blue tag.
If you have more than one usergroup, you can choose which one you would like to be displayed.

Don't think they can as im an l33t and don't see an option to change the color .

L33T and UB3R members can change their name from green and blue, respectively, to white if they are in a custom usergroup or have purchased the 3P1C upgrade.

They can choose to change the color of their name if they're in another group like 3p1c. So they can go back and forth between blue and white, but other than that, no.
And awards cannot be hidden.
