I don't know if this is proper section but I would like to ask anime/manga fans if they are interested with this kind of service.

I wanna help my friend to earn money for her college funds.

She will be using Paint Sai for the drawings.

For a Solo it will cost $15 and + $10 every additional characters. But the price will depend on the customer requests.

A recommendation for your friend would be to have a DeviantArt account and maybe a twitter. That way she can get her name out there. If she wants more potential clients, then she could have a contest where someone could get a free commission in exchange for likes and retweeting a tweet. (I see a lot of artists doing that on twitter)

I am familiar with monetizing art such as this. She will need, as Pillows said, a Twitter and a DA account.

I also recommend she sign up and promote herself on:

Instagram
Tumblr
Etsy

And if she is willing to draw Hentai, she can make loads of money. Just sayin.

Tell her to make an account on Pixiv, it's where all da weebs go for art.

I've ordered lots of art from various artists, but I wouldn't be interested in buying her service, simply due to the price. If you know what to look for, you can get work of similar quality for under a dollar.
For example, my hf avatar is a custom design, I paid like 0.50 for it. I have a good 10 or so drawings from various artists, and have spent maybe $5 on them all.
