Well, this might sound irrelevant, or most likely confusing for those first reading this suggestion, but it's actually not, it makes complete sense and it's something so simple to make true.
I am talking about this thing:

Same goes for font type / size:

Seriously, it is annoying because whenever I want to choose the media type I'm actually wanting to add it gets complicated, if I have it on one of my screens I can't see at all what's written, if I move it to the main one (which is better and overall a very decent monitor) I can see it, but barely, I have to make a hell of an effort.
I haven't found anyone suggesting this before which actually surprises me because I've been using this website for a very short time and it's something that's really annoying and could very well be changed with minimal effort. I know it wouldn't change anything that badly but it could be aesthetically way more pleasing and not so hard to pick the right option, I notice some kind of difficulty in every single monitor/device I use, ones more ones less but always some kind of.

iHydra's Flat Darkness userscript theme has (or will have, I don't know if he's added it yet) a darker, custom BBcode editor. That's just about the only reason I would get it tbh.

I'm used to typing all the tags and code myself so haven't really had a problem with this. And I don't think Omni is gonna do this css edit as he's working on a new theme apparently, and the 1.8 upgrade is coming..
