3 unresolved disputes = exiled - Sigma - Jun 25, 2016
If an account has 3 unresolved disputes then the account should get removed from hackforums. This would be a good way to get rid of scammers on HF. If they get them resolved then they go back to none. There is way to many scams happening right now and this would be the most simple way to deal with them. Maybe make a mod specifically for it.

Erm ... So what if my friends and I just posted random disputes on you ... Cya op!
Extremely flawed plan, anyone can post disputes & get people banned.
However, I do have to agree that many scammers are not dealt with appropriately however I believe that HF doesn't get involved with the marketplace deals which occur.

Don't think this going to happen. HF doesn't get involved in disputes. Also I've seen people have tons of scam reports that were faked/miscommunication etc.
Omni gives us tons of tools to stay safe during deals. If they decided to not use it, It's on them.

This will get denied, Like the others said, It can be falsified and staff will not be handling those disputes.
Deal on HF with caution. No matter who they are.

HF does not get Involved with deal disputes. Members could make fake disputes. HF does NOT validate any deal dispute on HF. The forum exists for members to practice safe trading. It Is up to YOU If you want to deal with a member with 3+ deal disputes. The tools are there for you to use and make an Informed decision when dealing In the Marketplace.

If I made it 10 disputes it would still be abused. Groups, trolls and competitors would create DD threads just to get members banned.
Any realistic number I added to auto-ban based on DDDB entries you can also just not deal with that member. The tools are indeed there for you to check accounts thoroughly and make the most informed decision possible.
Personally with Trust Scan, Gauth and the DDDB, HF Marketplace has never been safer to participate in. I've made it much more difficult for scammers to hide and I've made it a lot easier for members to spot them quickly.
