Ether award confirmation time? - TheSuspect - Jun 25, 2016
So I sent off the $20 of Eth for the ether award and it's been over 40 minutes now but the status page says:
Status: Waiting for your funds...
Total Amount To Send: 1.42382000 ETH (total confirms needed: 5)
Received So Far: 0.00000000 ETH (unconfirmed)
Balance Remaining: 1.42382000 ETH
Does it take like an hour or has something gone wrong?

Sometimes it can take awhile to confirm. I wouldn't worry about it too much, you will get your award soon enough :)

Calm down, it's the blockchain. It takes a while. Get some coffee, chill out and watch some tv shows. Staring at the transaction won't make it go any faster.

Just remain calm, it will be confirmed as soon as possible. Blockchain takes time to confirm. I've once waited for hours.

Hm yeah I see that you still don't have it. I'm not sure what happens next. Maybe the ETH will be sent back into your wallet? If it doesn't, definitely save your confirmation so you have proof that you sent money.

haven't received any sort of email about cancellation but I don't have any Eth either.

ETH does take a while to process, but this is odd, I've never heard of this happening before 😧

It takes a bit longer than bitcoin, I would give it a few hours and if you still don't have it within 24 hours contact Omni.

it says "Too Late" i think that means its no longer open to accepting the eth

Did you actually send the ETH? Did you send to the correct address in the correct format (HEX)?
