Go to the start menu. Type in "Character map" in the search. Open the program. Choose Mongolian Baiti as the font. Scroll all the way down until you see this:

That's strange, I used that technique on of my taken usernames in the past. Worked flawlessly.

I'd say be careful with special letters as they can screw up when logging in, or I think.
I remember omni warning users about something like this anyway use the character map if youre on windows.
