Seems like a bunch of bullshit on the guys part for suing, but we're part of the "lets sue generation" so I guess we should just go ahead and expect it.

I think betting is out of control but I do like it.

This guy is targeting the wrong company. Go for the betting sites, they're the ones at "fault". (Which I don't think they are. It's the kids that lose their money and go crying)

Just a mad guy that lose his money on bets .
Valve will win this out , he mess with the wrong company as pillows says.

its like a minority going against majority, going to get fucked lel.

I am sure he is not even close to the budget that Valve has for lawyers also it is his fault for betting his skins. Probably just trying his luck to see if Valve will be sympathetic or something.

The judge that denied his case.

I read through the article. I don't think they realise that Valve doesn't take 10% on trades...

I mean hes got a point. But its sad he wont win...

* - Karsten Smith - Jul 1, 2016

He's the one who's going to have to explain that he was gambling anyways, which in a lot of sates isn't legal.

Hahaha oh man, only in America

They do need to sue csgo gambling sites as this is going to far. CSGO gambling sites are now more than ever focusing on the 14-20 age range due to their inexperience and high chance of doing dangerous expensive gambling.

Wow this is so interesting. Who would have thought we are coming to the point where you can sue someone for something so simple and miniscule. I think its a sign that these things will be more regulated in the future. Maybe even hacking and cheating games will lead to lawsuits. I know blizzard sued [censored] in germany and won. If you [censored] in germany you can get fined and goto jail
