Computer goes into sleep/hibernate on lockscreen - Quackles - Jul 3, 2016 I just installed windows last night and everytime I lock the computer it goes into sleep/hibernate or turns itself off after a minute or so of being on the lockscreen without any actions. I have looked into power options but I've already disabled all that sh*t, and I've looked on my BIOS and theres nothing there related to it. Anyone have an idea of what it is and how to stop it? * - werhuman - Jul 7, 2016 Sounds like a Power Management setting or scheme isn't set right. You'll need to do a Control Panel adjustment and try again. On Windows 7 you can use the Ultimate Windows Tweaker, and now there's one for 10 too. Saves buggering about with multiple changes of screens while you change a few settings. |
