I have configured everything so far.
Just want a partner to help me make the site better with plugins and other stuff. Said partner will administrate with me and dedicate themselves to running the site with me.

Premium unlimited hosting
MyBB configurated

I think it would be best if you stated exactly what you're looking for in your partner. You hint to making the site better with plugins, is that custom plugins (and thus requiring a partner with programming knowledge)?
What is your site going to be about (that'll be important to any partner)?

Personally, I don't believe you should have help till the forum is a decent size. A new forum doesn't really need a second administrator.
If you can't get it started by yourself, you cannot keep it running forever.
