Possible to downgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 7? - Alakazam. - Jul 6, 2016

Is this possible? Just curious. Shopping for a new windows laptop and can't find one with windows 7, instead they're all 8.0, 8.1, or 10.. I refuse to use anything above windows 7.

Help me out

Regards 🤝

Just use Windows 10... Honestly man, Windows 7 is old, but if you want to spend an extra $40 you could buy windows 7 and just install it like you would normally. Of course you're not finding any laptops with Windows 7, because Windows 7 is, well, 7 years old.

I just hate it man. I've gotten so used to Windows 7, lol. Just doesn't feel right using anything else.

Whatever works for you man, I'm just saying It's like using the old version of the operating system on your phone, you update it right away when a new version comes out, why not for your computer?

You may be able to inquire about a downgraded version... for example if you find a HP laptop you like you can try to contact sales and see if a downgraded version of that laptop is available.

just suck it up and use 10, honestly you can do everything in 10 that you could in 7... there is no reason not to upgrade other than stubbornness. . . .

You can just download a pre-activated Windows 7 image, put it on a usb, and do a fresh install. PM me if you need any help with it
