Seems like you are responding to a PM with some code that cloudflare doesnt like, maybe space it out or something.

Yes this happens sometimes, I just remove 90% of the quotes (if it's a big message) and it works.
If not, I remove all the https: and it works. for example, instead of https://www.hackforums.net, it should be hackforums.net

If you're using any userscripts try disabling and try again. If you still get it then use contact form(found below HF logo).

I get the same issue, it's only when there is certain keywords / phrases that I get the error.
Get the RayID, and send it to omni.
