As I sit in my room, I will suddenly hear tons of people talking around me quickly. It feels like I'm in a public place, but then I will look up and the talking dies down.
I also keep hearing music of songs I used to listen to all over. It's gotten very distracting and disconcerting. I regularly take CBD, but I don't think that's enough to trigger this (?)

Maybe you just where always a predisposed schizophrenic and it's just now manifesting?
Do you have family history of mental illness?
