I have games that I downloaded from other accounts, if I deactivate my PS4 to let someone gameshare a game I'm about to purchase(can't find any cracked sellers so I'm buying it) If I deactivate my PS4 do I lose all of the games I downloaded from other accounts?

No you will not lose access to content of other accounts that hold primary activation on your console.
As long as they stay activated, sweet.
