I am looking at multiple points.
Is it all server based? or is it possible for me to maybe manipulate how many Pokéballs I have / other items.
Possible to maybe use apps like Freedom to get coins to buy items?
Modify stats maybe?

I dont understadn what your asking but if you download an offline map from google maps it takes up less data/battery

It is all server based I think. I don't think hacks like these will come.
Glitching/Bugging should be possible but doubt people will share if they find out how.

I'm almost 100% certain that it is all server sided, except location of course. However I can not confirm that as I do not have a jail broken/rooted phone anymore.

I don't ask about google maps.
I am asking if the "stats, items, everything in the game" in server based or if some is client based.

Yeah me neither. I am going to crack it if something was client based as I live out in nowhere. No pokéstops close and I don't feel like spending money on the game to buy pokéballs / incense

I need something like this for android. As soon as I enable mock locations pogo wont detect gps

I'm rooted but nothing I have looked up and tried has worked so far.
