Can mods close a certain thread - SIM-2508228 - Jul 13, 2016
Just been browsing through new posts and ive seen a couple of threads like these

where a banned user is offering a free giveaway/service and new members are still spamming it
im not sure if it matters but i was wondering if this is something that should be reported to be closed? or does it not really matter?
sorry if this is a stupid question i was just curious.

Yes they can. That's why they are the mods.

Just report the thread. Mods will review. Then they'll close if deemed so. I wouldn't report a moderator about an issue like this. It's not THAT important, but it will be reviewed if reported.
