I ran some tests regarding the anonymity and found the the VPN leaks the DNS which can again be masked easily on the user end. The DNS server is hosted in
Netherland and doesn't change irrespective of the server you've connected; Those are the only cons i have got so far.
There are 12 servers which you can connect to which includes Netherlands, USA, Germany, UK, France, Australia, Japan.

You can purchase it via Paypal and Bitcoin too which is another added benefit.
Here's the speed test which i conducted and is pretty fast. I have a 2Mbps download speed allotted from ISP and by connecting it to the VPN hasn't dropped
much of the speed.
