What are the best and most efficient booters/stressers out there? I want them to hit servers.

ip stresser is good you can try it for free but you need to pay for a subscription for more bandwidth

Ipstresser doesn't seem to hit a server hard enough. I need a paid stresser. (preferably something you have actually made use of, yourselves)

I tested databooter.com (under the username "sandbars"). My experience with them is amazing though.
This website (databooter.com) is a terrible scam. Tested their ddos sercice on my home-made server and yet, my server is up and running. (absolutely no Ddos protection was implemented for my server)
The reps there have terrible attitude too. He just said: "Did your mom give birth to a bucket of glue"??!!!
It's sad where this old website is headed.

For a stresser I recommend you check out vDos (https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5038688&highlight=vdos). Also if you want something to hit hard I recommend you start learning about botnets and create your own.
