I mean, if you're listening to music or talking to a friend or something it really isn't all that hard. Sure, it'll take a while, but in terms of difficulty it's not all that high. Even just walking without talking to anyone or listening to anything can be a pretty therapeutic experience.

I suggest using the ceiling fan method. That will help catch you up, or you can ride in a car. I also saw people putting it on their pets and record players to hatch their eggs.
