So I followed the official guide (by #BzRk) with working dns and port forwarding settings, tested the server file on virtualbox and sandboxie and nothing surprises me--(my bad :(
-Then a Massive Guide by #Purple Kief got my eye, I double checked each step and applied on my way to setup. --(Damn! it didn't work , nothing happened_no new connection)
Helping words will be truly appreciated, I know guys here are good at what they know
Steps I did and applied --
*Guessed a port number and password for client
*Forwarded the port with my router(NAT Virtual Circuit) successfully
*canyouseeme.org says "I can see your service on port $$$$____man"
*Setup fagdns.su and ping successfully
*And rest is same as Kief's way

If you followed both of our guides that means your .exe will work just fine.
Test on a computer OUTSIDE of your network to get proper results.

Check your port if its really open with Portforward google it!
Here you can be a 100% sure if the port is open or not..

Yes its open, as you said i checked with Portforward utilities
Damn, what may be wrong then :/
Like #Purple Kief said, tested the server on another PC, still no luck :/
I should switch RAT program, i guess and will test again. Till then anyone has a suggestion please
