How to bypass or keep our file undetectable in virus total , one method I know is far password, do you know any other method, one site always wanted to put VT scan before I share anything

If the site you are posting to demands a VT scan for downloads, they likely want the pure Binary EXE scanned as well. Whenever I see a download on here thats passworded I always throw my guard up, because that is the most typical way to avoid mass AV scans against the file.
Perhaps you should not be distributing viral binaries or find another site which does not demand such security if your intent on doing so.

If you distribute, use downloader instead of your binary.
