What is the difference between RATS and BOTNET? - IMorpheu - Jul 19, 2016

Hello, I I trojan for a long time, today I come here to ask you what the difference between RATS and HTTP Botnet. I use LL and my clients is only 30 ~ 50, have private crypter also, DataProtector, I have about 300 ~ 400 executions a week, yet this customer RATE does not increase. It could be something with my DNS?

Please explain what the difference between forced and RATS BOTNET.

PS: sorry for my english

RATS are mainly used to monitor computers and have full control of. HTTP botnets are mainly for money or ddos attacks, http bontets are able to hold thousands and thousands of bots that a RAT can struggle to hold. HTTP botnets are also for holding a large amount of bots

a collection of RAT servers (bots) connected to a central hub (client) is a Botnet.
but the HTTP type you're talking about is just a much simpler form of a bot.

luminosity would not be able to hold 2 ~ 3k bots?

What would be the ability of a trojan in their connections?

BR? Add me on skype, how everyone said, RATs are exclusively for monitoring computers and grabbing passwords (Usually), when a botnet can hold large amounts of bots and have specific features for DDoS and POS Grabbing.

It can hold more than that but its not the most stable thing out there and it will get detected quick, especially with an HF crypter on top of that.

I got it .. but I have a system that updates the luminosity link server, virtually every day, so the customer is almost always Fud.

I use no-ip free, is this the cause? can someone tell me if there is something better to reverse connection?

Get a domain and webhost, create your own DNS.

They're the same concept, one has features to monitor the client and the other one to do a specific task.

* - Pillows - Jul 21, 2016

RATs are usually a smaller network but have a lot more features specifically tailored to singular targets.

Botnets are mostly huge and only have few features.

* - muchshadowed - Jul 21, 2016

Ive always been told that A RAT (Remote Admin Tool) Is used for remotely using someones computer, and also remotely sending files to someones computer, which is how botnets are created. Botnets are a cluster of computers that can be used to DDOS websites, among other things.

This would help the stability of the client? my internet is not good, I mirror my serves very well, only that I have but of 40 ~ 50 client. I do not understand this.

Botnets = DDoS Attack
RAT = Spy small bots

This is my opinion. :D
