User aKa Photon (uid=2465078) is false advertising and lies to its customers in order to gain sales, I was told and shown proof that the service has the ability to drop my target, what can be shown here:

Seems like a legit report ! I also bought this crap before and the power is terrible ! They lie about power and will say anything to sell a plan, very bad.

I don't think that is good way to do business !

Can also see from the messages that after you told him you need to be sure it will down your target, he just tells : "Yup seems you just need to buy VIP".

Pretty funny that he uses a bullshit excuse as not testing your target after saying that !!!

Man that sucks :/ All booter's i see are either scams or go down after some months. I mean, what stresser can we trust these days? I just wish that there would be a stresser that does not lie about its power :/ Man, i would even pay more for that.

It's normal after a while for 0.0001% to make a invalid report =)
