I have no clue why but essentially my bot is just skipping having to visit a pokestop to get more pokeballs, any advice for this?

This has been happening to me lately.
Ran out of pokeballs in addition running out of the radius, checking my coords.ini folder, when they are properly at the right coordinates.
:'(. This bot can't run thirty mins without an error.

I'm not banned, it says you are soft banned if you are banned. It eventually arrived at a Pokestop about 3 minutes later, at a Pokestop though it's literally taking another 3 minutes to leave to another one. Idk man, wasn't doing this so slow before.

It's because your bot is set to snipe at the locations you have set in the config file. Just go into your config file and set "SnipeAtPokestops" to false.

I have set it to false now and have just started it, will reply if this fixes it.

You have no balls because you have snipe turned on mate. in config change the snipe option from true to false.

Try going to an area with more pokestops. Havent had any issues on any of my bots regarding pokeballs
